The deadline to register is twenty-five days before the election in which you'd like to vote, so for this year's general election (November 8, 2011), this form must be postmarked by Friday, October 14, 2011.
Vote Absentee

The deadline to postmark this absentee ballot application is seven days before the election, or Tuesday, November 1, 2011. It may also be delivered to the Board of Elections by hand up until the day before the election (Monday, November 7, 2011).
Once the Board has received your application, they will send your ballot by mail to the address you indicate on the application. Once you receive that ballot, vote as you normally would, then mail it back to the Board using the envelope they provide.
