Town Opens Farmers Market in Flanders
At a May 13 Town Board work session, Bridget and other Board members met with representatives from the Youth Bureau, the Housing Authority, the farming community, and the grants coordinator to work out the details for a mid-July opening of the market. Bridget has spearheaded this initiative, because she knows the need for fresh, healthy food in Flanders, Riverside and Northampton. Check out the video by clicking the image below!
